THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced change manager to join our technology team based at our head office in Shoreditch. You will be working on a Netsuite Transformation project.

You will be responsible for implementing a change management plan, analysing and understanding changes for those involved. You will manage the process mapping, what was and what will be. Excellent communication skills are key in this role as you will spend a lot of time communicating with others across the business.

ABOUT THE TEAM

You will work as part of our technology team, reporting to our head of business transformation.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Complete change management assessments
  • Work alongside project teams
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across the business
  • Support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists
  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Support change management at the organisational level
  • Manage the change portfolio
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
  • A good understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Good influencing skills
  • Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Able to work effectively at all levels of an organisation
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively
