Job Description

Marks Sattin Executive Search are working with a fast-growing International SaaS-based software development business in their search for a highly skilled CFO to take full responsibility for operational finance, together with broader operational responsibilities. This role offers a hybrid working model with international travel. The ideal candidate will be an experienced finance number one in SaaS and international businesses and will facilitate significant revenue growth via an international buy and build strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a CFO who is looking to create value in a niche industry.

Responsibilities:

• Drive financial growth: Lead and implement strategies that support the business\'s growth and success, including developing and tracking key financial metrics to ensure the business is on track to achieve its goals.
• Lead the operations of the business: work with the executive team to lead the day-to-day operational functions.
• Expert financial guidance: Provide invaluable analysis and advice to the senior management, board, and PE house, working together to maximise revenue and grow the business.

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified accountant.
• Previous CFO experience in International SaaS businesses, overseeing businesses that have grown rapidly.
• Experience implementing successful Buy and Build strategies.
• Skilled at both strategic development and operational levels.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Gravitas and the ability to command respect and influence decisions at all levels.
