. Officials will play a key role in maintaining high standards of sportsmanship, fitness, and morale for the U.S. Air Force community overseas.

Key Responsibilities

Officiate games in: Flag Football Basketball Volleyball Softball Soccer Enforce official rulebooks and fitness center by-laws Manage player conduct, enforce fair play, and maintain control of games Track and submit scores, rosters, and game reports accurately Attend pre-season training meetings as required Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor on and off the field Provide own whistle, appropriate officiating uniform, and personal protective equipment Arrive

15 minutes prior

to scheduled start times ready to officiate Communicate any injuries, incidents, or misconduct following proper reporting procedures Work flexible schedules, including some

weeknights

weekends

, and

holidays

for tournaments or playoffs

Qualifications

Certification(s) for assigned sports (e.g., NIRSA, NCAA, ASA, FIFA, USAV) Current

CPR/AED certification

(American Heart Association or equivalent) Prior officiating experience preferred (youth, intramural, or competitive leagues) Ability to pass required background checks and obtain base access Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills Must supply your own uniform and officiating gear Must be fluent in English (read, write, speak)

Work Schedule Overview

Typical Work:

Monday-Friday evenings (5:00 PM-10:00 PM)

Tournaments/Special Events:

Saturday/Sunday, some holidays Flexible opportunities for multiple sports and increased hours during busy periods
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 20.00-50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week
