As an Administrator within the Trust, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Corporate operations across the hospital.

Business Support Manager - 37.5 hours per week



We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and capable business support manager to join our creative professional team and help provide a comprehensive medical illustration service to our Trust and external customers.



Working on-site in our purpose-built department, you will work on-site with the Head of Service to plan, deliver and monitor medical illustration services ensuring effective personnel, financial, project and IM&T management are in place.



We would expect you to hold a degree level qualification or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in business management, administration or similar subject and have substantial business and administration experience.

What we are looking for:



To provide a full range of business management and administrative support across all areas of Oxford Medical Illustration(OMI) to provide a range of clinical and non-clinical services to Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust(OUH), University of Oxford and external clients. Work with the Head of Service to plan, deliver and monitor medical illustration services ensuring effective personnel, financial, project and IM&T management are in place.



Manage the main reception receiving patients and clients, chaperon patients and offer full assistance to the Clinical Photographers with photographic sessions.



Be on-site to manage both office and reception in a professional and responsive manner to always ensure the efficient and effective administration of all patient photography and clients' work.



Act as project manager and personal assistant to Head of Service and senior team organising meetings and providing project support.

Respond to email queries from stakeholders in a timely manner



Answering the phone and dealing with phone queries



Help Hiring Managers with any questions and queries



Attending a weekly team meeting



Provide a robust administration function that underpins the delivery of a high quality service and maintain effective working relationships with clinical, nursing and administrative staff.
