Role: CDM Advisor
Location: Bristol - Projects scattered throughout the South West
Salary: \xc2\xa350,000 (DOE) + excellent benefits package

Carriera is working with an award winning multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy who are looking to bring on board a CDM Advisor to work on a variety of projects in the commercial, industrial, retail, residential, sport, leisure, heritage and office sectors offering a CDM / H&S service. The position has been created due to our client looking to develop their team in the Southwest, they have recently won a number of key contracts in the region which require an ambitious and competent CDM professional join the business during an exciting period of growth.
About the role
The organisation is looking for an experienced CDM Advisor to join the team out of their offices in Bristol (flexible working will be available and the majority of your time will be spent working from home and visiting projects). They need someone who is capable of managing their own projects, working alongside a team of consultants, working with principal contractors to influence H&S, reviewing construction phase plans, managing the H&S file, and maintaining pre-construction information.
About you
The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH Construction or equivalent, have excellent knowledge of 2015 CDM Regulations. As well as membership to IOSH and APS (desirable), and have worked in the construction sector for the last 3-5 years.
