Job Description

Complete the 12 month Customer Delivery Driver Trainee programme to become a fully competent John Lewis Customer Delivery Installer.
We are looking for individuals who will take responsibility for maintaining John Lewis and Partners reputation for customer service, by offering outstanding service in the delivery of customers\' goods. At a glance:

• Role Title: CDH Driver Trainee
• Location: Brooklands Customer Delivery Hub
• Hours: 41 hours per week

Please note that this role involves heavy lifting. About the role:
As a driver, candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge of the relevant regulations as well as possessing the correct skills to pass the driver assessment. Candidates should be committed to achieving the Partner and customer satisfaction targets and Service Targets, within the context of the Partnership\'s core values, behaviours and principles.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications:

• Full, clean Category B driving license and previous driving experience
  

Desirable experience:

• Previous experience in a customer facing role Previous experience of the installation of white goods, building of furniture or associated skills
