Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
- Perform data entry accurately and in a timely manner
- Utilise upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
- Analyse customer needs to offer tailored solutions
- Communicate effectively in English
- Uphold phone etiquette standards throughout all interactions
