Our client, a leading provider of security services in Northern Ireland and GB, have won new business and are expanding their existing team. They have, therefore, secured the services of Brook Street (UK) Ltd to supply them with Security Alarm Handlers for their Alarm Receiving Centre in Lurgan.
The ideal candidate will manage the control room desk for the company throughout the day shift and night shift rotas on a multi-screen layout, and will handle telephone communications with customers and clients.
The successful candidate will be required to be very alert and responsive to fluid situations, and be willing to do everything necessary to complete the duties accurately and within allocated deadline for the clients.
- A Security Industry Authority (SIA) CCTV licence and a clean driving licence are preferable.
- Excellent communication and IT skills are required, and GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent) are essential.
- Preference will be given to those with previous experience.
- Candidates must be aged 18+ due to industry regulations.
