The stunning Wellington College is a public school in the village of Crowthorne, Berkshire, England and we are currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor.

This role includes the preparation and serving of our various menus and ensuring all working areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. What you\'ll do:

• To ensure all food service staff are working to maintain and deliver a quality service according to set work schedules and procedures
• To undertake the monitoring of quality control systems e.g. temperatures, job sign off sheets
• To ensure all aspects of the preparation of food service areas and presentation of food is to the notified standard.
• To ensure all food service assistants attend the daily lunch briefing
• To implement cleaning schedules to agreed standards
• To ensure all food service assistants are in the correct uniform and promote a good company image
• To ensure the promotion of a good company image to customers and guests by using positive service practices
• Interacts with students in the serving, retail, and dining areas

What you bring:

Positive attitude, professionalism and respect for others

Basic food-handling skills

Experience with working within team with supervisory experience

Package Description

• up to \xc2\xa313.00 per hour
• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 6.45am - 3.15pm
• Full uniform supplied
