As a Catering Manager at Sodexo in Stretford - The Orchards Primary School, you\'ll oversee the hospitality staff within our prestigious school, ensuring our vibrant meals are served with a smile and the kitchen and restaurant runs smoothly. What you\'ll do:

• Oversee the setup and serving of hot and/or cold foods from counters and steamtables
• Ensuring equipment and workstations is sanitized
• Overseeing the replenishment of food from counters and steam table and break down stations at the end of meal periods

What you bring:

• Positive attitude, professionalism and respect for others
• Basic food-handling skills
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
• Food safety and health and safety qualifications
• Have previous supervisory and catering experience in schools/hospitals/cafe\'s
• Have experience with working with children/teenagers

• Catering Manager - Term Time
• \xc2\xa313.00 Per Hour
• 27.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 14:00
• Full uniform supplied
• Full training provided
• Meals whilst on shift
