In this role, you\'ll be responsible for delivering and maintaining the highest standard of service within all food and catering service delivery, planning, and coordinating daily catering activities (preparation, cooking and the food offer) within the dining facility

Role Responsibility

The Ideal Candidate
Essential:
\xe2\x96\xaa Relevant management/catering experience
\xe2\x96\xaa Must have one or more of the following qualifications or equivalent: - BSC (Catering), MHCIM, HND, City and Guilds 706/1 and 2, NVQ level 2 and 3 and possess an intermediate level food safety certificate.
\xe2\x96\xaa Good numerical and communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication.
\xe2\x96\xaa Management knowledge of health & safety and food safety
\xe2\x96\xaa Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
\xe2\x96\xaa Demonstrate experience of working in a similar role within the service industry at a comparable level.
\xe2\x96\xaa Able to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
\xe2\x96\xaa Able to demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to standards.
Desirable:
\xe2\x96\xaa IOSH and CIEH qualifications or equivalent.
\xe2\x96\xaa Proven experience of managing client relationships.
\xe2\x96\xaa Proven track record of leading, managing and developing a team.
\xe2\x96\xaa Experience of working in a military environment.
\xe2\x96\xaa Previous PAYD experience
