To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Catering Manager to join the centre.
Bangor Aurora Aquatic and Leisure Complex is a \xc2\xa338 m leisure facility which includes the development of Northern Ireland\'s first FINA standard 50 metre swimming pool and a \xc2\xa315 m investment from the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL) administered by Sport Northern Ireland. As the Catering Manager, your role will be to support the catering team in achieving high standards of service and customer care at all times, ensuring compliance with food safety legislation.
Working as part of the management team you will also promote the Caf\xc3\xa9 and Catering service with a view to increasing sales in line with the centre\'s business objectives.

About you
To be considered for this role, you will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff at Bangor, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required.
You will have knowledge and experience of supervision or management of a food retail operation or service led organisation, staff supervision and development, as well as administrative and financial processes.
It is desirable that you hold a food certificate or equivalent, however this is not essential.
