Catering Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Commercial Services Department of the University for a Catering Assistant position. The role requires you to assist the Catering Manager to maximise the business potential of the Food and Beverage operation through effective delivery of an excellent customer experience.

We are seeking someone who ideally has experience as a barista in a high-volume coffee shop, has knowledge of good stock handling and rotation, is well aware of and abide by food safety procedures, and is familiar with high standards of hygiene.

Reporting to the Catering Manager, you will be expected to work in all areas of the department, uphold professional values, be an excellent team player and deliver a high standard of product knowledge to the customer.
