Catering Assistant

Part-Time
The salary for this role is \xc2\xa321,131.76 pro rata which equates to \xc2\xa310.42 per hour.
Norse Catering deliver our catering services to Alpington & Bergh Apton Primary School and we are looking for a Catering Assistant to work on-site for 12.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 11:30-14:00 during term-time.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about cooking to develop their experience within a professional kitchen environment supported and guided by our dedicated catering management and other employees.
Your Experience:
- Commercial catering or hospitality experience is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with a range of individuals
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Capable of keeping to strict deadlines and quality standards
- Any knowledge of kitchen health & safety would be advantageous
- Fantastic induction programme, with further training available both in-house and professional
- Excellent support through a hands-on, approachable management team and other colleagues
