Our Category Management team plays the role of the balancer between customer demands and the requirements of the business, undertaking an incredible financial responsibility, acting as the ultimate decision-maker behind big avenues of spending, working with suppliers to establish an overall product portfolio that goes beyond meeting customer expectations.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Manage product availability by owning the relevant planning and ordering, keeping an eye on inventory and waste levels
• Drive engagement and strong collaboration with the Category Managers to deliver and maintain best-in-class stock availabilities and service levels
• Focus on daily demand forecast accuracy along with all the Supply Chain KPIs
• Build relationships with key suppliers and be the point of contact for day to day issues and escalations
• Proactively perform root cause analysis to determine the right measures to fix issues and prevent them from reoccuring and detect the underlying reasons limiting operational excellence
• Drive continuous improvements in our supply chain and ordering process
• Maintain and update master data, which includes critical information such as product data, to ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems and processes

What You\'ll Bring

You Will Have:

• Basic knowledge of Supply Chain systems: forecasting, planning, inventory management, or operations.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• You take ownership and show initiative and have a self-starter attitude.
• Great attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Strong team spirit, positive attitude, and a solution-focused mindset.
• Excellent Excel or Google sheets skills and willingness to master the spreadsheet.
• Experience with large amounts of data.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Familiarity with Relex supply chain management software is a plus
