Wolseley are on a journey of expansion and we are looking for a passionate marketer to join us as a Category Marketing Manager in our Warwick office, with remote working 2 days a week. We want to hear from people who are excited to join a growing team who have great energy and can help us drive our ambitions for the Group business.

The successful individual will be doing what great marketers do, including writing annual marketing plans, briefs, delivering great creatives and reporting on the commercial marketing brand metrics.

This is a fantastic time to join our growing marketing function, we are looking for people who love marketing and pride themselves on being an expert in commercial and brand marketing metrics.

You will play a pivotal role leading the business units to create great customer marketing plans.

Up for the challenge? Here\xe2\x80\x99s what we\xe2\x80\x99d like you to have:

Experience of full marketing mix, commercially minded, ideally within Retail or a B2B background

Great communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work to deadlines and project manage

Able to write plans and briefs, report on marketing brand metrics

Experience of working to KPIs, objectives and managing budgets

Team player, who is insights lead, a strategic thinker with a creative flair
