Job Description

We are looking to recruit Class 1 HGV / LGV (C+E) drivers who will be based at our distribution centre in Monkspath, Solihull


We are looking for drivers with at least 6 months experience working as a Class 1 HGV / LGV (C+E) driver.


We offer a permanent full time nights position working on Tuesday to Saturday each week starting between the hours of 14:00 and 18:00. This position will involve night time driving.


We also offer a permenant full time early position working on a 4 on 2 off basis starting between the hours of 01:00 and 06:00.

Pay, working hours & benefits:

We offer an hourly pay rate of 17.51 and you will be guaranteed a certain number of hours work per week (40 hours). If you're looking to earn a bit more then overtime is regularly available.

As one of our drivers you will:

Complete delivery drops to shops. Unload palletised goods from the vehicle using a Powered Pallet Truck or a Manual Pump Truck if Powered Pallet Trucks are not avaliable. Collect waste and other items from the shop to return to the depot. Conduct daily vehicle checks Have a safe and efficient approach to driving.

You will need:

Full UK driving licence (with C+E entitlement). Digital tachograph & CPC card. No greater than 6 points on your driving licence with no dangerous driving or drink-related endorsements. A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
