Casual Duty Manager

About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join the dedicated and friendly Harlequin team\'s pool of casual Duty Managers, providing a management presence Front of House, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained and supporting the Front of House Manager in the day-to-day running of the Front of House and Box Office operation.
The Harlequin is open between 10am-8pm 7 days a week, and the role\'s hours will reflect this. This is an operational role focussed on the efficient and safe delivery of our entrtainment programme, and as such, it is anticipated that shifts will predominatly provide cover for evenings and weekends.
This is an excellent opportunity in a vibrant arts venue, delivering a high-quality experience to all our customers.
About the Person:
We are looking for people who:
- Has demonstrable experience working in customer services
- Has an interest in and aptitude for providing an excellent customer service experience
- Is able to stay calm under pressure in a busy working environment
- Is comfortable working independently, and as part of a team
- Has, or is willing to undertake, a First Aid qualification
- Can work confidently and efficiently in emergency situations (e.g., fire evacuation, first aid situations)
