Casual Care and Support Workers - BelfastWellbeing OfficerThe Wellbeing Officer will support vulnerable adults and children in their own homes.The post holder will provide respite care which may include sitting services, befriending and taking clients out, and encouraging socialisation.Rate of pay:xc2xa312.30 per hourHours of workCasual, must be available to work at least one shift per week.Casual Care AssistantThe Care Assistant will assist in the provision of care to any service user formally referred to Crossroads by Social Services and subsequent implementation of Personal Care Plan.The post holder may be required to provide personal care, administer or assist with medication and serve meals.Rate of pay:xc2xa312.30 per hour plus mileage allowance of 25p per mile (up to xc2xa31 per hour)Hours of work:Causal, must be available to work at least one shift per week.About the roleSuccessful candidates are required to undertake an Access NI enhanced disclosure check and register with NISCC.To view the full job description, please download the attached PDFAbout the companyCrossroads is a not for profit organisation dedicated to supporting, serving and strengthening carers and those with care needs.
