Customer Service Associate / Cashier Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Promote store loyalty programs and upsell products or services
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to upsell products or services to customers
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized checkout area
