Cashier will provide a cashier service for all companies within the Group. They will achieve a target and deliver an excellent and comprehensive service, ensuring that their responsibilities are completed in accordance with the Group and/or Company policies. The Cashier function is responsible for the management and control of all commercial bank accounts across Hyperion Insurance Group.Key ResponsibilitiesManages assigned projects and contribute to other projects as requiredProvides relevant management information to senior managementBanks and allocates incoming cash and chequesProcesses cheque and electronic payments for all Group company bank accountsProcesses inter-group cash transfer requests for all Group company bank accountsReviews and arranges authorisation of correctly processed payment requestsProcessing of entries onto Group company Accounting and Banking systemsReconciles and maintain all bank and system recordsProcesses IBA credit card paymentsDeals with accounts queries promptly and efficientlyKeeps informed of all regulatory and legal changes which impacts on the job roleEnsures up to date records are maintained at all times on the Company systemsResponds appropriately to urgent issues as they ariseSkills & AttributesExperience not essential, training will be given.
