Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, flexible individual from all kinds of different backgrounds who is passionate about working with people experiencing challenges with their mental health across the Swansea area.

You will assist the Service Manager in line with the services operational plan and ensure that all requirements relating to the Housing Support Grant standards are observed. The Senior Case Worker will also provide line management for frontline staff who provide support to people in their own homes, helping them maintain their individual health and wellbeing, with the aim of preventing their tenancy being put at risk and support individuals within our managed properties. There is also an expectation for you to manage your own caseload in line with Platfform\xe2\x80\x99s values.

The project will be providing support Monday - Friday 9am \xe2\x80\x93 5pm with the provision of a telephone service covering evenings from 5pm \xe2\x80\x93 9pm. Staff will be expected to cover this service if needed and the main Platfform on call rota with an on-call allowance payable over and above basic salary.

We work with people experiencing challenges with their mental health, and with communities who want to create a greater sense of wellbeing in the places that they live. Through our projects, we work with thousands of people each year.
