Lineage Logistics are the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest provider of temperature-controlled logistics. In our Bilsthorpe facility we supply food products to help keep schools, hospitals and restaurants stocked and supplied with food and drinks.

To support increasing customer demand, we are currently seeking Warehouse Operatives to pick products from our warehouse and prepare for these items to be distributed to our customers.

You will work in our Chilled Store (temperature ranging from 2-5 degrees where we are actively recruiting for the shift pattern:

Sunday - Thursday 21:00-06:00

Hourly Rate:
\xc2\xa311.98 per hour plus \xc2\xa360.00 per week shift allowance

As a Warehouse Operative you will:

Lift items such as boxes of food and bottles of drinks

Pick orders on paper

Handball stock and load the outbound orders safely and accurately

Record amount of material using site specific equipment to update inventory

Communicate damaged products to inventory or lead/supervisor

Ensure you always follow safety procedures

Use manual and electric material handling equipment to move products around

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to be on your feet all shift as you will spend a lot of time walking around our warehouse, this role requires you to be quite physical.

Who we are looking for:

Accuracy is important so someone who likes to get things right first time

Things are heavy so you will need to lift up to 18kg (that\xe2\x80\x99s about 10 bags of sugar)

You to be able to communicate clearly with other team members in English

Due to cold storage conditions, you must be aged 18 or over

Due to limited public transport, you must have your own vehicle or transport available to be able to get to site - NG22 8TX
