PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Reporting to the European Product Marketing Team leader, the CPS & FPS will be responsible to collect, analyse and prepare business cases for the defined product ranges in alignment with the Product Value proposition in the Market/Cluster of Markets in scope, to meet commercial targets. Product Offering Management for the Market/Cluster of Markets in scope: select applicable offering, define frame for market standards. Responsible to manage customer focused activities in the assigned territory (demo/training/sales support) in line with the Product Value Proposition

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execution of the Product Value Proposition in scope of brand/product
  • Product Offering Management: select applicable offering, define frame for market standards. Analyze take rates and rationalize offering. Provide inputs for product configuration/catalogue, marketing plans for the area/product in scope
  • Support for the market teams during the whole product lifecycle. Provide fast and precise answers to questions coming from commercial teams, sales administration and dealers.
  • Provide technical support to dealers and sales team to bring to market the best suitable product for the required characteristics in line with end customer needs; Drive customer satisfaction and solve issues. Help with special retail orders
  • Support product launches ensuring information flow to market level, support budget planning for new product
  • Prepare sales argumentation, Responsibility for coordination and summarizing the of commercial and product training needs for the cluster
  • Project manage and support marketing activities and events run centrally in the markets (i.e. dealer communication, Product Presentations, Press Events, VIP days, fairs).
  • Support product communication (advertising, mailing, translations, proof reading) in close collaboration with all concerned departments.
  • Presentation and demonstration of products to the press and at events
  • Support the monthly PO and Wholesale planning and support special wholesale Order Change Management (company stock orders, units in error, special cases)
  • Support of commercial actions : Support development of terms and conditions, seasonal budget, budget follow up, List of machines available, reallocation units, Company Inventory Orders
  • Demo/support unit co-ordinationDrive specific actions in the field to increase retails
  • Monitor, review and report on the effectiveness of local marketing activities
Visit customers/dealers/markets to get an overview/understanding of the customers\' needs.

Provide feedback to the European marketing team to ensure that the specific requirements from customers are understood by the global product development teams (Platform/Engineering).
  • Market research studies, analyze of the results (forecast future, market activity and consumer trends, primary consumer research, identify new market opportunities)
  • Collect and maintain a database of market prices. Analyze competitor activities, evaluating their marketing, advertising and sales campaigns. Conduct analysis on competitive products/positioning (Performance monitoring best sellers, key models)
Tight collaboration with European teams, to be able to answer questions about product, specific request on pricing, competitive info, CPC\'s analysis.
