Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of construction skills, enabling them to tackle various tasks across different trades. This role is crucial for ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality workmanship in every aspect of the job.

Duties

Carry out all Carpentry work and general internal renovation tasks; stripping out, insulating, tacking. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. Perform heavy lifting as necessary to move materials and equipment on-site. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure project timelines are met. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Take over extension sites at wall plate stage and take it to completion.

Requirements

Proven experience with all carpentry works. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to fabricate solutions on-site. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A valid driving licence essential.

Pay: 34,000.00-42,000.00 per year
