Role Overview:

As a Skilled Carpenter at ANCOBA, you'll have the opportunity to apply your carpentry expertise on a variety of projects while stepping into a more responsible role. We're looking for a motivated individual who is eager to lead by example, take ownership of tasks, and eventually grow into a supervisory position.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality carpentry work, including framing, installation, and finishing. Take responsibility for specific tasks and ensure they are completed to a high standard. Assist in coordinating and supervising on-site activities, providing guidance to less experienced team members. Work closely with the project management team to ensure project timelines are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other team members. Troubleshoot and resolve any carpentry-related issues that arise during construction. Maintain and manage tools and materials efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Skilled Carpenter in the construction industry. Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Excellent craftsmanship with attention to detail. Eagerness to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership role. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Relevant certifications and licenses (preferred).
