What You'll Be Doing

Deliver high-quality finishes across all aspects of carpentry:

first fix, second fix, and roofing

Interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision Collaborate with contracts managers, site teams, and subcontractors Ensure exceptional customer service and communication on every job Uphold our values in every action, supporting team morale and productivity Take initiative to improve workflows, safety, and efficiency on-site Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional working presence at all times

? Strong understanding of building regulations, health and safety, and construction methods
