Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being in their Homes . This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to drive, and own a car , and a willingness to assist with various daily activities. A background in Care knowledge or and Experience is advantageous.

Duties

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities. Support clients with mobility Needs. Prepare meals and assist with dietary requirements as needed. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care plans and any changes in client status. Document care provided and report any concerns or incidents promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Valid Full UK driver's licence with the ability to drive . Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and their families. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality care. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends .
