Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated

croydon Carer

to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate should have experience in home care, hospice care, or senior care. This role requires patience, empathy, and a commitment to enhancing the well-being and comfort of our clients.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with

personal care

tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Prepare

nutritious meals

based on dietary requirements and preferences. Provide

companionship

and emotional support, engaging clients in meaningful activities. Assist with

mobility and transfers

, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients. Administer

medication

as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Support with

behaviour management strategies

as needed. Maintain a

clean and organized

living space for clients. Work closely with healthcare professionals to implement

individualized care plans

. Document daily activities and report

any changes in client condition

to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

roydon area Previous experience in

home care, hospice care, or assisted living

is preferred. Knowledge of

first aid and basic healthcare practices

is advantageous. Ability to create and follow

personalized care plans

tailored to each client's needs. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

, with a compassionate and patient approach. Physical capability to assist clients with

mobility and light housekeeping

tasks. A valid

driver's license

(if transportation is required). Certification in

caregiving, senior care, or related fields

is a plus but not mandatory.
