Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in providing care and support to individuals in a care home setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, behaviour management, and be able to assist with heavy lifting and meal preparation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to residents in their own home, care home or hospice care environment
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming etc
- Implement behaviour management strategies when necessary
- Drive residents to appointments or outings as required
- Support with medical terminology and medication reminders
- Prepare meals according to dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe living space for residents

Skills:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role is essential
- Ability to provide patient-centred care with empathy and understanding
- Proficient in behaviour management techniques
- Valid driving licence for transporting residents
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration
- Capability to perform heavy lifting when needed
- Competence in meal preparation and dietary restrictions

Pay: 12.21-13.85 per hour
