Job summary
Here at Stoneleigh house the team is committed to providing a safe and supportive service for our service users. We are looking for the right candidate to join our team. A care assistant with a caring, empathetic personality and a can-do attitude.
The right person for the job will preferably have experience supporting older people, ideally those with learning disability and dementia.
For this position you will need to have a full, clean driving license which states that you are able to drive a D1. You must also be confident in driving a 15 Seated Mini bus.
Responsibilities and duties
To Provide support and care to Stoneleigh house service users.
To maintain a high standard of care at all times
To drive the company 15 seated minibus
To work flexibly to meet service needs including undertaking rotational shifts which includes weekends.
The candidate will need to be able to work both as part of a team and on their own initiative.
You will receive regular supervisions with the opportunity for development and undergo regular onsite training.
Qualifications and skills
Previous experience (preferred)
Good communication both written and verbally
Full, clean UK driving license, with D1
Be able to work well in a faced paced environment.
