As a Care Assistant you\xe2\x80\x99ll be caring for older people in their own homes, supporting them in all sorts of ways, such as taking them out and about, to doing the weekly shop, from medication support to personal and dementia care, it\xe2\x80\x99s all similar to what you\xe2\x80\x99d expect to provide for your own family and loved ones. You don\xe2\x80\x99t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care team based in Titchfield, as a care assistant a great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care, you\xe2\x80\x99ll get all the practical training you need. You will need a UK driver\xe2\x80\x99s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle. We\xe2\x80\x99d also love to hear from you if you\xe2\x80\x99ve got previous care experience in roles such as caregiver, care home assistant, care worker, support worker, healthcare assistant, home care assistant, carer and care home worker.
