Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This role involves working in various settings, including senior care facilities, home care environments, and assisted living establishments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those they care for, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status. Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safe movement within the home or care facility. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or changes in client conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Support clients with behaviour management strategies as needed, ensuring a calm and supportive environment. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care tailored to individual needs.

Experience

Previous experience not required as full training provided A compassionate approach towards individuals requiring assistance, combined with excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Driving Licence access to car with business insurance required
