We are looking for a naturally caring individual who\'s dedicated to helping others in need to join our team of care superheroes!
The Role:
You\xe2\x80\x99ll be assisting customers with personal care, getting to appointments, light domestic duties, meal preparation and social outings and activities, promoting independence, choice and dignity.
What you\'ll have:
If you don\xe2\x80\x99t have experience in care but you have a genuine passion for helping people to live a better life, then we\xe2\x80\x99ll provide you with a full training programme to give you the skills you need to excel in this role. You must have the right attitude to be able to work well as part of a team and adapt quickly to your surroundings. And most of all, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the ambition to learn new skills and make a positive difference to our residents\xe2\x80\x99 lives!

You will be working at our Extra Care Scheme, Ryde Village, and throughout the community in Ryde.
