Care Assistant

Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our home, helping residents feel valued and supported. You'll provide high-quality, personal, and social care while building strong relationships, offering kindness, and creating warmth both for residents and your colleagues. Whether you're assisting with personal care or companionship, your care makes all the difference.
What You'll Do:
Assist residents with clinical, social, and emotional care needs
Provide personal care and companionship tailored to individual requirements
Support the care team in monitoring residents and reporting changes in health
Communicate with residents' families and other healthcare professionals
Create and foster a clean and safe environment

Previous care experience (desirable, but not essential)

Ideal Qualifications
Care experience
Patient care skills
Alzheimer's, dementia, or residential care experience
