Position Details



Contract: Permanent Hours:

15.5 hours

per week, with a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Pay

: 14.51 per hour.

Role Highlights:



As a Care Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively and you will uphold our commitment to high-quality care. You will support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, including overseeing the Care and Support team. Your role will include ensuring their safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

About You



You are warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated, with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. You are eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve the wellbeing of our residents.
