We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As Administrator, you will have a crucial role in supporting with the HR aspect of the recruitment and staff management and ensuring smooth operations. ```Responsibilities```
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Process payroll and benefits administration
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Assist with performance management processes
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support home projects and initiatives as assigned
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for HR decision-making
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Proficiency in systems as Fusion Moorepay ,etc or willing/able to learn fast
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively present information to employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred
- Supervisory or team management experience is a plus
