Job Description


Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Care Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring high quality care and support services are provided to enable individuals to remain in their own homes, living a fulfilled life, which respects their diversity, culture, and values.The role of the Care Coordinator is to support the delivery of the highest quality care support services in a hands-on way.Duties of the role will include (but are not limited to) to following:

  • Managing the distribution of Care Assistants responding to service delivery issues as they arise.
  • Assisting with the induction and training of care workers within the company.
  • Implementing, monitoring and evaluating the Individual Support and Assessment Procedures within your area of responsibility.
  • Communicating with customers, their families and other care professionals.
Requirements
  • A diploma in Health & Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working as a Care Coordinator, as a supervisor or other role within a care providing organisation.
  • Proficiency in the English language, together with excellent communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of legislation concerns with care provision.
  • A full UK drivers\' licence and access to own transport.
  • Right to work in the UK.
