to join our growing Bridgend & Vale of Glamorgan team. This role is key in ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and top-quality care for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinating daily communication between caregivers & clients
Ensuring compliance & aiming for
Outstanding
CIW inspection results
Efficiently scheduling care visits & ensuring travel time is accounted for
Answering calls professionally & handling enquiries
Keeping accurate records of caregivers, clients & communications
Reporting
weekly KPIs
to management
Matching caregivers with the right clients & managing rotas
Covering on-call duties & stepping in for care calls when needed
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: 24,000.00-25,000.00 per year
