Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with care work and responsibilities when required.
Assisting with client reviews, care plans and on-call duties.
Be able to take the on-call phone every second weekend.
Recording service user information in the care plan.
Reporting to the senior care coordinator and care manager.
Assisting with creating and implementing organisation procedures and practices.
The Candidate:
Must have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (required)
Good verbal and written English skills
Basic IT skills
Must have previous experience in homecare or any other relevant role
Experience in creating and implementing care plans is desirable
Familiarity with care home environments
An ability to work independently and on their own initiative
Ideally a Health & Safety / First Aid / Food Hygiene / Moving & Handling certification
The individual should be caring, friendly and patient
Living in Falkirk or surrounding areas
