Dovehaven care homes are looking for a
Care Assistant
to join our team atCallands Nursing Home in Warrington. Working
Days or Nights 7am - 7pm OR 7pm - 7amwith alternate weekend availability required.
Callands
is a purpose-built care home that caters for up to 120 service users. The home specialises in dementia and nursing care.The home is to be maintained to very high standard and our team will provide a secure, happy and welcoming atmosphere for all residents and visitors.
About the Role:
As Care Assistant you will assist the care team in the daily running of the Home, maintaining high standards of care and service towards our residents, relatives, visitors and other members of staff. You will be providing a range of personal care and emotional support to residents.

Ideally, you will have experience within a similar role or setting. You will be able to demonstrate compassion and empathy in your approach to caring for older people, be self-motivated, resilient and well-organised. We are looking for dependable individuals who are able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the Home.
