The Institute of Our Lady of Mercy strives to be of service to the poor, sick and disadvantaged. McAuley Mount is a 26 bedded Residential Care Home rated as 'good' in all areas at our last CQC inspection.
Working as part of a team and covering a 24/7 rota you will deliver person centered care in the Care Home and ensure that a compassionate and quality service is provided to the Residents. Whilst ensuring their dignity is respected, you will enable Residents to remain as independent as possible and assist them to remain an active part of the community.

You will have:
Minimum NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care or be prepared to work towards it
Experience of delivering personalised care for older people including people living with dementia
A good knowledge of the care standards
Minimum 2 years' experience working within a care environment for older people
