Key Responsibilities:
Providing
high-quality care and support

Encouraging independence while assisting with personal care, daily tasks, and social activities.
Supporting service users with

based on assessments and care plans.
Communicating effectively with
families, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
to ensure the best care possible.
Keeping accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in service users' needs.
Safeguarding the

of all individuals under your care.
