Providing
high-quality care and support
, ensuring service users feel valued and comfortable. Encouraging independence while assisting with personal care, daily tasks, and social activities. Supporting service users withrehabilitation and therapy goals
based on assessments and care plans. Communicating effectively withfamilies, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
to ensure the best care possible. Keeping accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in service users' needs. Safeguarding thehealth, safety, and well-being
of all individuals under your care. Maintaining awarm, respectful, and dignified
