It caters for up to 68 residents living with Dementia. They have two units that are separated into Dementia Nursing and Dementia Residential. Rosevale Lodge Care Home has a long-standing reputation for the delivery of high-quality care in the local community. They endeavour to maintain the personal dignity and individuality of residents and you can be sure of a warm welcome when visiting.The RoleYou will pride yourself on providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, fostering a welcoming environment where residents are treated with respect and dignity, and staff feel valued and supported. As part of our frontline team, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the Home, assisting with activities of daily living ensuring the wellbeing and comfort of residents. • Right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience in Health and Social Care preferred, although not essential as full training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A good standard of oral and written English.
• A non-judgemental approach to others.
• Excellent communication skills with the compassion required to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
• Respectful to not only residents but the values and beliefs of other team members.

• Educated to QCF/ NVQ Level 2 is desirable, but not essential.
