About the Role:
You'll be working directly alongside the clinic director to support our clients, tell our story online, and help people take their first step into care. No clinical experience? No problem. We'll train you to confidently assist with
non-invasive client exams
and to become a
Care Advocate
-- someone who helps guide people on their wellness journey.
This is not a traditional front desk job. You'll be an integral part of our mission to bring nervous system-focused care to more families, helping grow our client base both
in person and online
.
Key Responsibilities:
Care Advocacy & Clinic Support
Assist with new client exams (training provided - no prior experience needed)
Support clinical admin: care plans, bookings, payments, and patient communication
Be a point of contact for client questions and help them feel supported throughout their care journey
Thursday reception duties: greeting clients, taking payments, managing the diary
Social Media & Brand Content
Create engaging weekly content: 5 Reels & 5 Posts for Instagram
Film and edit clinic moments, health tips, behind-the-scenes, and patient stories
Confidently engage with patients (with consent) to capture real experiences
Collaborate with our chiropractors to align messaging and brand feel
Help grow our online presence and attract people who need our care
Who We're Looking For:
Warm and People-Focused
- You're comfortable chatting with clients and helping them feel heard and seen.
Organised and Detail-Oriented
- You can manage bookings and tasks while staying on top of creative projects.
Creative & Confident with Tech
- You know your way around Instagram, Canva, and editing tools like CapCut or InShot.
Flexible & Adaptable
- You're happy to pivot between reception, clinical, and creative roles depending on the day.

Tuesday:
2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday:
3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Thursday:
2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
(Additional hours for content creation are flexible around clinic times.)
