Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic

Car Sales & Marketing Assistant

Duties:

Assist with the

sales process

and ensure smooth

handover of vehicles

to customers. Help coordinate and follow up on any

vehicle preparation work

(valeting, servicing, etc.) to ensure cars are ready for collection. Take high-quality

photographs of sales cars

and write engaging

descriptions

for the website. Keep our website up to date with current stock. Assist with managing

social media content

and campaigns to promote new arrivals and offers. Provide general support to the sales team as required. Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to identify new sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

:

Full UK driving licence

(essential) Confidence with digital tools and social media platforms Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience or knowledge in sales management is an advantage. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
