The Role

Car Parking Attendant -Richmond - Full-time: 42.5 hours per week - 30,608.50

Working on our Richmond Council contract you will form part of the parking team operating primarily across Richmond's car parks. You will be an integral part of our team, offering first-class customer service to all users of the car park whilst ensuring the parking rules are adhered to for all users.

What can you expect from being a Parking Attendant?

Help resolve customer's concerns, patrol the car park, deter crime, and implement traffic control measures. Maintain site cleanliness, safety, whilst delivering continuous improvement in all these areas Meet and exceed were ever possible the safety, security and service of the car park customers, our client, and the property. Ensure a consistently high level of customer service, to effectively resolve customers problems on site wherever possible Carry out first line maintenance of payment machines, and other company equipment Assist with revenue transfers and maintain records revenue movement

Early Shift 6:45 to 15:30 Mon to Sat



Late shift 15:30 to 12:05 Mon to Sat



Sun 9am to 18:30





Hours of operation Paradise Road



Early Shift 7:15 to 15:30 Mon to Sun



Late shift 15:30 to 12:05 Mon to Sun
