The desired candidate must have a minimum of 3 years current experience of Vehicle Body Repair.
We expect a suitable candidate to demonstrate good all round knowledge and skill of all aspects of vehicle damage repair, which should include stripping & storing safely body parts and refitting of components to manufacturer's specification, whilst adhering to industry health and safety standards & manufacturer data.
Should be confident in performing light repairs to existing body panels, to high standards in an efficient manner, whilst keeping work space clean.
Full Preparation of panels and masking off for refinishing & polishing prior to rebuilding.
Light vehicle pressure washer cleaning and some valeting duties before final hand over.
NVQ3 vehicle repair qualification is desirable, or an equivalent qualification such as ATA, but experience and demonstration of competent skills are more critical attributes.
This is Not a Bounus workshop, meaning Quality is our priority, not just speed.
