Assistant Capital Accountant
About the Role:
Support a major capital project (e.g., new hospital build).
Gain experience in Financial and Management Accounts.

Responsibilities:
Provide accounting support for capital projects.
Financial monitoring and accounting of capital schemes.
Financial analysis of acquisitions.
Capital reporting.
Assist with financial compliance.
Key Duties:
Manage and update the Trust Asset Register.
Handle depreciation processes and reconciliations.
Coordinate asset revaluations and audits.
Manage finance leases.
Monitor capital schemes and produce reports.
Process VAT reclaims.
Manage purchase orders.
Develop and maintain procedure documents.
Requirements:
AAT qualified or part-qualified.
Strong accounting skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Good organizational and communication skills.
IT proficiency.
Work Arrangement:
Flexible working hours may be considered.
Hybrid working model (some on-site attendance required).
