Are you a marketing operations ninja who can help improve our marketing execution, automation and reporting? If yes, then our role as campaign operations specialist will be a great opportunity for you to help strengthen our marketing operations and campaign impact.
Reporting to our UK-based global campaign manager and team lead, you will join our newly established Manchester-based team. and be part of the global Brand, Marketing and External relations team.
Your new role
As our Campaign Operations Specialist, you will have strong hands-on experience with our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and partners closely with our campaign managers and specialists to play a key role in building effectful global marketing campaigns across the marketing systems and platforms and build our analytics and reporting set-up.
Your tasks entail:
Team up with our campaign managers and deliver platform support and data for campaign execution using HubSpot and wider Martech stack
Manage and optimise our marketing automation set-up, with focus on HubSpot, including designing and setting up lead scoring and complex workflows
Build and structure our analytics and reporting set-up and standardise our marketing reporting mechanisms across systems to enable data driven decision making
Collaborate with our offshore data and analytics colleagues to improve our tracking set-up across the Martech stack and platforms to drive insights
Build dashboards and reporting that tells a clear story and builds a map for campaign optimisation
About you
Being detail oriented and proactive is important. You will be a good collaborator and positively engage with colleagues across a global organisation as well as external vendors.
Confident experience in marketing operations - ideally from an international B2B environment
Fluency in HubSpot and CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce), web analytics tools and UTM codes and tracking is a natural part of your vocabulary. Note: we use PiwikPro, great if you do too
A structured and analytical mindset and proven experience with data analysis and reporting that effectively tells a story and informs decision making
You understand systems requirements for an effective tracking set-up and can identify issues and solutions
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent collaboration skills
Basic knowledge of marketing legal aspects, incl. GDPR
